I’d give a 0 if I could. My husband went in with my son to get his hair cut before school starts. He went in with a picture and confirmed more than once his bangs should be right above his eyebrows…they go to the top of his head! They aren’t even and it looks horrible! I was offered a free haircut?!?! All I wanted was an explanation on how you cut an extra 4 inches off the front of his hair!

It was a five star review but the last 2 times I went for my son and I’s hair cuts the place was closed during open hours at the munster and Hammond locations. What is going on
